StayingBee BeeCoin Terms and Conditions

These BeeCoin Terms ("Terms") govern your use of BeeCoin ("BeeCoin" or "Coins") on the StayingBee platform ("Platform"). By earning or redeeming BeeCoin, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is BeeCoin?

BeeCoin is a virtual rewards credit issued by StayingBee. You may earn BeeCoin for hosting stays or participating in platform promotions. BeeCoin can only be used within the StayingBee platform for specific redemptions.

2. How BeeCoin Works

• 1 BeeCoin = €1 in symbolic value.
• BeeCoin is not real currency and has no cash value.
• BeeCoin cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash.
• BeeCoin can be used for booking stays within StayingBee.
  • When hosting guests in listings that use currencies other than the Euro, the value for BeeCoins received will always be the current exchange rate between the Euro and the relevant currency at the time of guest booking.
• In the future, BeeCoin may be redeemed for:
  • Gift cards from supported providers
  • Travel perks and platform discounts
  • Benefits and services as defined by StayingBee

3. Redemption & Expiry

• Redemptions are subject to availability and may change over time.
• BeeCoin does not expire and cannot be transferred to other users at this point.
• We reserve the right to approve or deny specific redemptions.

4. Refunds & Reversals

If a booking is cancelled or disputed:

• BeeCoins may be refunded to your wallet
• Same cancellation and refund policy applies to BeeCoins as to cash payments.
• If both cash and BeeCoins are used to pay, then both are refunded proportionally.

Refunds and reversals for BeeCoin will work in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy within our Community Guidelines.

5. Abuse & Termination

StayingBee may revoke or freeze BeeCoin in cases of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Account abuse
• Breach of platform terms

6. Disclaimer

BeeCoin is a reward feature, not a financial service. It is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or an e-money instrument. StayingBee retains the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the BeeCoin system at any time.
