At StayingBee, we’re making travel safer, more affordable, and deeply human by connecting like-minded people to stay with each other across the world.

We're looking for natural connectors and community builders to become BeeKeepers - ambassadors who get what we’re building and want to help us reach more people faster (and get paid for it).

This is a chance to transform how community members experience travel while earning income for meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Spread the buzz about StayingBee in your AIESEC OR startup network (through alumni groups, events, regional channels, etc)
• Verify Community affiliation and ensure community guidelines are followed
• Identify and recruit potential hosts within the network in your region
• Guide first-time hosts through the listing creation process
• Encourage active hosting and quality experiences
• Share best practices and success stories to inspire others
• Foster a culture of trust, respect, and cultural exchange
• Act as a community champion and StayingBee ambassador
• Report any issues, learnings and relevant information to help us improve (i.e. bugs, feedback from users, ideas to improve, etc)

What We’re Looking For

• Active AIESEC member or alumnus with strong standing in your community (i.e. NST role, MC role, Regional or International roles) OR a key player within the startup ecosystem (for the startup community)
• Natural connector who knows how to bring people together
• Self-driven and able to work on their own, trying new things
• Taking initiative and problem-solving independently
• Community leader with experience in member engagement or team management
• Reliable communicator who responds promptly and professionally
• Clear, empathetic communication in English (additional languages are a plus!)

Time Commitment

Role Duration: 4 months (with possibility to extend based on performance)

Flexible, remote position: 10-15 hours per week

This role is designed to fit around your studies, work, and life commitments.

Compensation Structure

As a BeeKeeper You’ll Receive:

1. 500 euros for the 4-month period
2. 100 BeeCoin, which you can use to fund your next stay, anywhere in the world
3. 10 euros per host onboarded after reaching the minimum goal
4. 5 euros from bookings completed by users with your referral link
