About the role

You’re the kind of person who knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling. You can turn everyday moments into stories, and you love experimenting with new trends and formats.

As our Social Media Intern, you’ll be the buzzing voice of StayingBee—planning, creating, and engaging across our digital channels. You’ll work closely with the content, video, and design teams to grow our online presence and build an authentic community of travelers and changemakers.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads
• Collaborate with the design and video interns to bring campaigns to life
• Write engaging captions and experiment with content styles
• Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions
• Track performance and provide insights on engagement and growth
• Stay up to date with trends in short-form video and startup storytelling

What We’re Looking For

• Social media–savvy and always up to date with the latest trends
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content styles
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
• Creative thinker with good visual and storytelling instincts
• Bonus: experience in community engagement or short-form video content creation
• Great communication and time management skills
